Name: Collections/ Call Center Sales Manager Description:
Immediate position available for Collection/ Call Center Sales Manager.
Full time, M-F, paid holidays and weekends off.
Strong outbound Call Center Management experience needed with policy and process develop skills desired. You will be responsible for providing guidance and direction to the Collections/ Customer Service staff to include management of all employees, coordination of activities between Customer Service unit and other units, develop polices, programs and training for existing and new staff and approving correspondence and daily work of subordinates.
You must have no criminal record, a comprehensive background check will performed.
Experience with local-county government and/or alarm systems is a plus.

QUALIFICATIONS:
Minimum –
- High School degree
- At least 2 years experience in a supervisory capacity of a collections/ outbound call center environment
- Computer literate with Word, Excel and windows based applications
- Good phone mannerism and professional attitude
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
