Big Brothers Big Sisters, a premier non-profit agency dedicated to developing positive mentoring relationships is looking for a Bilingual Match Support Specialist serving the Arlington/Fort Worth areas. The primary responsibility is managing a caseload providing support to volunteers, children and parents, ensuring agency standards are met regarding all aspects of the relationship including activities, safety, training, goals, etc. Applicants must have a Bachelor’s Degree preferably in a Human Services field and the ability to work from home; related experience is a plus. This position has flexible hours generally starting later in the morning and ending mid-evening; some weekend work may be necessary; local travel in the service area.
