Description:

The Director of Compensation will be responsible for our client's global compensation function. The position will lead the development and implementation of compensation strategies and programs. In addition, the Director of Compensation will work with the management team to build an understanding of world class compensation practices. Direct responsibilities include:
* Market analysis and structures: help business units and staff functions determine market pricing levels.
* Work will include performing job evaluations, conducting survey input/analysis and developing grade structures.
* Incentive compensation: responsible for the design and administration of our client's company-wide incentive plan.
* Help business units and staff functions develop goals and metrics.
* Base salary administration: develop annual global merit program.
* Develop and maintain pay policies, guidelines and standard processes.

Job Requirements:

* BA degree; MBA preferred.
* Minimum of ten years compensation experience leading a compensation department preferably in a large corporate environment.
* CCP preferred. Solid understanding of compensation theory and compliance.
* Ability to interact with senior management personnel.
* Strong analytical skills.
* Good oral, written and presentation skills.

Compensation

$170,000 - $200,000 Relocation assistance negotiable, Direct Hire
