Duties include preparing correspondence, spreadsheets, purchase orders and requisitions; processing claims and open records requests; reviewing procurement card purchases; ordering supplies; answering the telephone and providing information to the public; distributing incoming mail; and filing, copying and other general office duties. Duties also include providing backup coverage for the front desk receptionist on a regular basis and for other clerical employees as needed. A high school diploma or equivalent, plus some college or specialized training in a related field, and two years of clerical experience are required. Must have knowledge of MS Office products. Bilingual (English / Spanish) skills beneficial. Clerical and typing tests may be required.
