Handle incoming sales phone calls from brokers, prospecting for new brokers and prepare timely and professional quotations based on broker specifications and data.
Responsible for 20 – 30 brokers. Reports on activity to be provided weekly on all contacts and productivity.
Troubleshoot, follow up and solve issues that may arise during the sales enrollment process.
Understanding, quoting and recommending a variety of products.
Review incoming orders to insure accuracy.
Stay abreast of market conditions and competition.
Requirements
Strong drive and perseverance a must.
Demonstrated ability to build rapport through consultative selling and creative relationship building at all corporate levels
College degree required.
Ability to travel as needed (15%).
After hour meetings and dinners with customers
