Las Colinas Association Names New President

Irving, Texas. October 10, 2017 –

Mr. Al Zapanta, Chairman of the Board for the Las Colinas Association, announced that Mr. Hammond Perot has been named the new President of the Las Colinas Association, the property owners’ association for Las Colinas, a 12,000 acre internationally renowned, master-planned community in Irving, Texas. Effective November 1, 2017,

Mr. Perot follows Mr. Rick Bidne, who retires at the end of the year. Mr. Perot has been with the City of Dallas Economic Development department for 20 years and brings a wealth of experience and knowledge that will be key to the future development and marketing of Las Colinas. During his tenure, Mr. Perot was instrumental with projects that brought over 50,000 jobs, 20 million square feet of vertical real estate development and over $6 billion in new capital investment to the City of Dallas.
