Irving Police Department Seeks Resident Feedback

Irving, Texas. February 13, 2018 –

The Irving Police Department (IPD) is concentrating its efforts to better serve the community. To accomplish this goal, the department has teamed up with an independent outside vendor to create a survey platform that is accessible through a cellphone, laptop or PC.

Irving residents or visitors who have recently experienced an interaction with any IPD officer are encouraged to share their encounter by participating in the survey. To join in, participants can send a text message that reads “Irving” to 72803 or visit TextMy90.com/Irving.

The survey is conducted through an outside vendor. Any personal information collected will remain anonymous and will not be shared with the IPD. The survey is currently in progress and will run through Feb. 15. For more information, contact the Irving Police Department at (972) 273-1010.
