The Irving Police Department has issued a Silver Alert, in conjunction with the Texas Department of Public Safety, for a missing 93-year-old woman.
Christine Baldzicki, 93, was last seen on surveillance cameras leaving the Avalon Memory Care facility in the 3400 block of Country Club Drive in North Irving on Saturday, May 3rd, at approximately 11:00 a.m. The facility is located near the intersection of Country Club Drive, Finley Road, and North Story Road.
Ms. Baldzicki is described as a white female, 5'7" tall, approximately 115 pounds, with grey hair. She was last seen wearing a cheetah print robe, a blue shirt, and khaki pants. She suffers from Dementia.
The Irving Police Department is urging anyone with information regarding Ms. Baldzicki's whereabouts to contact them immediately at (972) 273-1010 or dial 911. The case number for this missing person is 25-9304.
