BY IRVING WEEKLY STAFFIrving, Texas. May 31, 2012 – The City of Irving will receive two $200,000 grants from the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA). The community-wide hazardous substances grant funds will be used to inventory sites contaminated or potentially contaminated with hazardous substances and conduct five Phase I and two Phase II environmental site assessments.
