Westgate Apartments, a 256-unit apartment community at 3829 William Dehaes Drive in Irving, TX, north of Highway 183, has been acquired by WG Apartments, LLC.

Taylor Snoddy, Mark Freeman and Philip Wiegand of Transwestern’s Dallas Multifamily Group represented both the buyer and seller in this transaction.

Westgate Apartments was built in 1983 and is comprised of two-story garden-style buildings.

“The buyer received Fannie Mae financing and plans a moderate renovation to the property’s interiors,” said Snoddy, vice president at Transwestern. “Activity is picking up in Irving with occupancy at 95 percent, and rents up 3.6 percent.”
