Fort Worth Domestic Homicide Suspect Captured in El Paso

FORT WORTH, Texas - An arrest has been made in a domestic-related homicide that occurred near the 7300 block of Harris Parkway in Fort Worth.

The suspect, 27-year-old Elijah Jordan Jacobo, was located and arrested by law enforcement officials in El Paso, Texas.

The investigation began on Wednesday, February 11, at approximately 11:53 a.m., when South Division officers responded to an apartment complex for a welfare check involving an adult female. Officers searched the area but were unable to locate her at that time.

At approximately 7:00 p.m., the department’s Missing Persons Unit obtained a search warrant to enter the apartment. Inside, officers located a deceased adult female along with evidence of a crime. The Homicide Unit responded and took over the investigation, later securing a secondary search warrant to collect additional evidence.

Investigators determined the case is believed to be domestic-related. The Tarrant County Medical Examiner’s Office identified the victim as 26-year-old Talia Alicia Nadine-Sanchez.

The investigation remains ongoing.
