MacArthur Students Welcome Japanese Students


Irving, Texas. September 17, 2012

MacArthur High School students graciously welcomed four students from Kameishi City, Japan during the first week of school. The students are in Irving as a part of the Japan-America Grassroots Summit. Irving is one of 15 cities across America that has participated in the program. Each of the four students expressed interest in getting a glimpse of a real American High School. Upon arrival, the students were greeted by student leaders and presented with gifts from MacArthur High School.
