Renovation is nearly complete and leasing has begun on the Britain Way Apartment Homes, located at 333 Lane Street.  This major redevelopment project in the southern area of the Irving city, took an apartment complex built in 1964, and has been converted into 168 modern family homes with up to 3-bedrooms and 2 baths.  

The renovations were designed to achieve Gold LEED certification and features energy-efficient stainless steel appliances, fresh-air systems designed to increase air quality, environmentally friendly flooring materials, and energy efficient windows, doors, air conditioning and heating systems.  There are numerous courtyards, and a new club house was constructed to provide after school and summer programs for resident children, including personalized tutoring, which is all included in the basic rent, which ranges from $656/month, up to $925/month.
