On December 16 the Irving ISD Board of Trustees appointed Randy Necessary to the open District 6 school board seat. Necessary is a 60-year resident of Irving and class of 1968 graduate of Irving High School. His wife Patti and two daughters also graduated from Irving ISD schools. Randy has served on the campus improvement committee at Irving High School as well as being a member of the athletic committee and band boosters.
