Irving, Texas, December 18, 2014, - The Irving Police Department has made an arrest in connection with a homicide that occurred on Wednesday, December 3, 2014 in the 2400 block of W. Eleventh Street in Irving. The victim, Rosemary Milazzo, was found deceased from multiple stab wounds after officers were called to her residence on a welfare check.
The investigation has resulted in the identification and arrest of Eileen Frances North, 55 years-of-age, as the person responsible for the offense. North is currently being held in the Irving jail on a charge of murder. Her bond has been set at $1,000,000.00. The investigation is still ongoing and a preliminary case will be submitted to the Dallas County District Attorney’s Office in the next few days.
