Irving residents can get a free vaccination for their dog or cat from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. at the Irving Animal Care Campus, 4140 Valley View Lane. Proof of residency is required. Services provided by Texas Coalition for Animal Protection (TCAP).
No appointment necessary. Additional vaccinations and services available for a fee.
