Professional Musician Returns to Alma Mater to Inspire New Generation of Artists

The 3 Redneck Tenors, a professional musical comedy group featuring Irving High School graduate Blake Davidson, visited with Irving High School choir students on Thursday. The classically trained trio of veteran artists from Broadway and world opera stages performed a few selections for students, shared singing tricks, opened the floor for questions and shared advice about pursuing music in college. An Irving native, Davidson attended Lively Elementary School, Crockett and Austin middle schools, and he graduated from Irving High School. He then attended the University of North Texas.
