Irving Symphony Orchestra Field Trip – October 12-13

It’s not every day that you hear a full orchestra and see zoo animals at once, but for our fifth and seventh graders, that chance will come next week during a field trip hosted by the Irving Symphony Orchestra. The Irving Symphony will perform an exclusive concert featuring animals from the Fort Worth Zoo. During animal-themed songs, zoo trainers will give lessons on various animals as they appear onstage, and students will also learn about the different instrument families in an orchestra.
