The Toyota Music Factory, Las Colinas’ newest entertainment and music venue, is pleased to announce the opening of two additional restaurants. Freshii and Thirsty Lion Gastropub & Grill are joining the all-star line-up at the end of October. With a variety of options to appeal to everyone’s tastes, a steady parade of restaurants is expected to open at The Toyota Music Factory through the beginning of 2018.
“Freshii and Thirsty Lion Gastropub & Grill are fantastic additions as the second and third entrants to open in the long line of restaurant and entertainment venues scheduled to premiere during the next six months at the Toyota Music Factory,” said Noah Lazes, president of ARK Group. “As concerts continue to attract many guests to The Pavilion at the Toyota Music Factory, our crown-jewel music and entertainment venue, we are excited to now offer more top-notch dining options. Freshii, a fast-casual restaurant chain, aims to provide its customers with fresh, fast and healthy dining options, all while being environmentally conscious. With a menu that offers something for everyone, guests can expect to find flavor-packed salads, wraps, bowls, soups, juices and smoothies, frozen yogurt and more. Freshii is set to open Monday, Oct. 30.
Portland, Oregon-based Thirsty Lion Gastropub & Grill offers an eclectic variety of cuisines, with local, high-quality ingredients and bold flare. Each location locally sources craft beers, many of which are on tap, and offers 25 different wines by the glass, as well as unique craft cocktails made with fresh purees, juices and premium liquors. Great for both concert attendees and sports enthusiasts alike, Thirsty Lion Gastropub & Grill offers guests large flat screens and top-of-the-line acoustics, allowing for the simultaneous experience of music and conversation. Thirsty Lion Gastropub & Grill is set to open Tuesday, Oct. 31.
