The Irving Police Department is requesting assistance in identifying a suspect involved in a hit and run accident. The accident occurred in the 1800 block of Esters Rd. at the entrance of the Cielo Azul Apartments. The suspect vehicle was last seen traveling South on Esters Rd. The victim is a 13-year old male that was on a bicycle, and has suffered a fractured leg.
