Irving Aviation Simulation Company Leases Space for Second Training Center

Avenger Flight Group has signed a 116,640-square-foot lease in Valley View at DFW Center, Bradford Commercial Real Estate Services announced on Monday.

The aviation simulator company plans to construct a flight training center at the Class A spec space in Irving. Upon completion, Avenger Flight Group, which is based in Florida and provides commercial aviation simulation training, will have two training centers in North Texas.

The new facility is expected to have several commercial simulators and multiple training centers. Given the scope of the construction, Avenger Flight Group plans to roll out the construction in stages while occupying the space.

Bradford represented the tenant in the lease, while the property owner, Valley View Owner LLC, was represented by CBRE.

The aviation simulator provider first entered the Metroplex three years ago when it leased 40,000 square feet in Fort Worth. The search for new space started roughly a year and a half ago.

"This is an expansion. It's a small- to medium-size company that continues to grow," said Joe Santaularia, first vice president with Bradford.

Avenger Flight Group's lease is roughly a third of the total space at the Valley View property, a 294,795-square-foot facility on 19.5 acres. The property is located at 2800 Valley View Lane.

"Valley View is off-airport, which Avenger liked, and had a spec suite that could accommodate its need for an intensive build-out," Santaularia said
