The City of Irving developed the Irving Back to Business Toolkit to help non-essential businesses reopen safely now that the state has issued phase 1 of the Reopen Texas Plan.
The city wants to help its valued business partners maneuver through the COVID-19 health protocols recommended for re-opening. To help ease the strain, the city has assembled the Irving Back to Business Toolkit for restaurants and retail establishments to use. The information contained in the toolkit aligns with the Governor’s Open Texas initiative and includes:
