Irving Launches Back to Business Campaign

Irving, Texas. May 19, 2020

The City of Irving developed the Irving Back to Business Toolkit to help non-essential businesses reopen safely now that the state has issued phase 1 of the Reopen Texas Plan.

The city wants to help its valued business partners maneuver through the COVID-19 health protocols recommended for re-opening. To help ease the strain, the city has assembled the Irving Back to Business Toolkit for restaurants and retail establishments to use. The information contained in the toolkit aligns with the Governor’s Open Texas initiative and includes:

  • Guidelines for Reopening Irving Businesses: Governor’s Report to Open Texas
  • Minimum Standard Health Protocols: Checklists per Governor’s Report to Open Texas
  • Training for Employees per Minimum Standard Health Protocols Located in the Governor’s Report to Open Texas
  • Irving Back to Business Safety Pledge
  • Irving Back to Business Logo and Various Graphics Businesses Can Use on Websites and Social Media

The City of Irving encourages people to help get #IrvingBacktoBiz.
