Murder-Suicide Case in Irving

Irving, Texas. November 1, 2020

On Tuesday, October 20, 2020 at 11:18 a.m. the Irving Police Department responded to an unknown call for police in the 400 block of Renaissance Lane after a female caller had called dispatch asking for assistance. Upon arrival, officers knocked on the front door and heard a male yell from inside to call a negotiator. The male then discharged at least one round from a handgun. Numerous officers responded to the scene. Irving Officers forced entry into the location and found Brandy Evett Olivares 45-years of age and Sicilian Italease Ire Williams 18-years of age both deceased from gunshot wounds. James Benjamin Olivares 45-years of age was also found inside deceased from a self-inflicted gunshot wound.

The motive for this double murder suicide is unknown.
