December 4th is the last day for runoff early voting for Irving City Council Place 3. The poll locations are open until 7 pm. Election day is set for Tuesday, December 8, 2020.
In the general election, Mark Zeske and Abdul Khabeer advanced to a runoff because neither of them received the required 50% vote. Zeske received 4,825 votes (46.5%) and Khabeer received 3,394 votes (32.7%).
Voting machines have been spread out to allow for the recommended distancing due to Covid-19. Officials assure the public that locations are properly sanitized and safe for voters.
Mail-in ballots should have been sent to everyone that voted in the general election in November. If you have not received your mail-in ballot by now, you are encouraged to vote in person.

- Irving Arts Center, Suite 200: 3333 N. MacArthur Blvd
- Bear Creek Community Church: 2700 Finley Rd

City of Irving District 3 includes everything west of Belt Line Rd, north of Rock Island Rd, south of 114, and east of the city limit.
