Irving, Texas. December 16, 2020 –

On December 16 at 10 am, the Irving fire Department responded to a major accident at WB 635 and the East Irving City Limits. The first emergency personnel were on-scene at 10:22 am where they attended to an injured civilian.  The person's car had slid off the highway, ending up in the Elm Fork Trinity River.  The driver was the only occupant and self extricted from the vehicle.   The driver was taken to a local hospital with minor injuries.
