Irving-based Liquid Environmental Solutions Acquires Giddings Hawkins

Liquid Environmental Solutions (“LES”) today announced that the company has acquired Giddings Hawkins Maintenance Services LLC. (“Giddings Hawkins”), a leading provider of grease trap, catch basin, kitchen hood and industrial maintenance services across Southeast Wisconsin.

Based in West Allis, Wisconsin, Giddings Hawkins will continue to operate under its name (and brand), adding an extensive network of non-hazardous wastewater customers to the existing LES Wisconsin operations.

Brian Bidelspach, Vice President of Expansion Operations for Liquid Environmental Solutions, said, “We are thrilled to have Giddings Hawkins join the LES family.
