Global Cybersecurity Firm TXOne Networks Opens Irving Office

Taiwan-based cybersecurity firm TXOne Networks announced this week that it will open its new U.S. office in Irving.

More specifically, the company will lease an office in the mixed-use Las Colinas and Irving tech corridor, which is home to restaurants, hotels and the offices of several Fortune 500 companies. TXOne Networks also has offices in Taipei, Taiwan; Tokyo, Japan; and Eindhoven, Netherlands, according to the company’s website.

TXOne Networks is an operational technology (OT) zero-trust cybersecurity company founded in 2019 as a joint venture between Trend Micro and Moxa. TXOne Networks helps companies protect industrial control systems (ICS) with OT-native solutions.

The TXOne Networks Americas team will be led by Jeff DePasse, who brings more than 30 years of high-tech sales experience to the role.

“Businesses across the most critical American industries — from manufacturing to healthcare to power and energy — are highly vulnerable to modern digital threats,” DePasse said in a statement. “Some rely on ICS that include legacy technologies designed before cybersecurity became a serious concern and the IIot (Industrial Internet of Things) gained traction. Establishing this regional presence is vital to our customers in the Americas. We are rapidly growing the team with new technical and sales experts, and building the channel to give our customers the peace of mind needed to both confidently maintain daily operations and boldly pursue future opportunities.”

TXOne Networks said it is rapidly growing its U.S. team with technical and sales roles.
