On September 16, 2024, Dallas Police Officer Brennon Wilkinson, #11988, was arrested by the Arlington Police Department at his home for the following charges: Aggravated Sexual Assault of a Child, a first-degree felony, Indecency with a Child – Sexual Contact, a second-degree felony, and Indecency with a Child – Exposure, a third-degree felony. His bond has been set at $200,000. The three charges against the 28-year-old Wilkinson are from warrants issued by the Denton County Sheriff's Office. The crimes were committed in Little Elm.
Officer Wilkinson has been with the Dallas Police Department since January 2020 and is assigned to the North Central Patrol Division. He has been put on administrative leave pending the outcome of an Internal Affairs administrative investigation.
