On Sunday, September 29, 2024, at approximately 7:50 p.m., Arlington Police officers responded to a shooting incident at an apartment complex located in the 2200 block of Lincoln Drive in North Arlington. Upon arrival, officers discovered three individuals suffering from apparent gunshot wounds inside a vacant apartment.
The victims included two 19-year-old males and a 17-year-old female, all of whom were promptly transported to nearby hospitals for treatment. The two male victims sustained non-life-threatening injuries, while the female victim is currently listed in critical condition but stable.
According to police, the two male victims are related to each other. The connection between them and the third victim, a male found in a car at the scene, remains unclear at this time.
Investigators are currently working to determine the circumstances surrounding the shooting. As of now, no suspects have been apprehended. Early findings suggest that drug activity may be linked to the incident.
