When officers attempted a traffic stop, the driver fled, sparking a brief chase that ended when the vehicle crashed on Interstate 30 near Jim Miller Road.

Inside the vehicle, police found the two suspects involved in the shooting: a 15-year-old Hispanic male juvenile and 17-year-old Anthony De Los Santos. Both were taken into custody and transported to the Garland Detention Center.
