Frisco Police Investigating Double Murder-Suicide That Left Three Dead

Frisco Police are investigating a possible double murder-suicide after three individuals were found dead in a residence on Friday, December 6, 2024.

At approximately 4:13 p.m., officers responded to a welfare concern at a home in the 10200 block of Bancroft Lane. A co-worker had reported that one of the residents failed to show up to work and could not be reached.

While en route, officers were notified that a family member had called 911 upon discovering two deceased individuals in the entryway of the home. Upon arrival, police conducted a protective sweep and located a third deceased individual in the garage.

The deceased have been identified as 54-year-old Ronald Morris, 53-year-old Stacy White, and their son, 15-year-old Gavin Morris. Collin County records indicate that Stacy White owned the home, purchased in March 2005.

Preliminary findings suggest the incident is a double murder-suicide. However, detectives are continuing to investigate all aspects of the case, and final conclusions have not yet been made.
