On February 5, 2025, at approximately 6:45 a.m., Dallas Police responded to a shooting call in the 3900 block of Rawlins Street in the Turtle Creek area.
Upon arrival, officers located 45-year-old Carlos Manuel Rivera, who had been shot. Rivera was pronounced dead at the scene.
The investigation remains ongoing and is documented under case number 016949-2025.
