Aspen Square Townhomes In South Irving Hosts Groundbreaking

Irving, Texas. January 19, 2022 –

Aspen Square Townhomes is having Ground Breaking event on 01/24/2022 at 11:00 am. The site address is 920 S. Beltline Road Irving, TX 75060.

Aspen Square Townhomes is a 174 individual townhomes community at the north east corner of Beltline and Shady Grove. The community will have 2 and 3 stories townhome ranging from 1800+ sq. foot. Each townhome will come with a minimum 3BR, 2.5 Bath and 2 car garage. The community will have amenities including Swimming Pool, Club house, kids play area, dog park etc. In the Phase 1, Aspen will be building 56 townhomes. The utilities work has already started and should be completed by end of March 2022. The Phase 1 deliveries will start end of Q3 2022.
