FORT WORTH, TX – A Tarrant County jury on Tuesday, July 29, found Donald Quinn, 65, guilty of failing to comply with Texas sex offender registration requirements and sentenced him to 35 years in prison.
Quinn has a history of similar offenses, having been convicted of indecency with a child by exposure in 2009. The victim in that case was an 11-year-old boy. He also had a prior conviction for a similar crime in 1996. After serving a four-year prison sentence following his 2009 conviction, Quinn was required to register annually as a high-risk sex offender.
His last registration was in January 2024. In May 2024, Quinn was found exposing himself in public.
The case was prosecuted by Neal Maranto and David Elder.
