DALLAS, TX - Dallas Police have arrested a suspect in connection with a fatal shooting Monday night in the Wolf Creek area.
Officers responded around 8:15 p.m. on February 9 to a shooting call in the 7300 block of Chaucer Place. When they arrived, they located 26-year-old Brandon Davis suffering from a gunshot wound.
Davis was transported to a local hospital, where he later died from his injuries.
Through the course of the investigation, detectives identified 30-year-old D'Mycole Boxley as the suspect. Boxley was taken into custody and transported to the Dallas County Jail, where he was charged with Capital Murder.
The investigation remains ongoing under case number 018971-2026.
