IRVING, Texas - The City of Irving is encouraging residents to participate in the 2026 Irving Resident Survey, offering an opportunity to share feedback on quality of life and city services.
The survey, which is conducted every two years, is open to all Irving residents ages 18 and older and takes about 15 minutes to complete. It is available in both English and Spanish.
Participants are asked to rate Irving in several key areas, including as a place to live, raise children, work, and visit. The survey also gathers feedback on development factors such as dining options, retail and shopping, employment opportunities, housing, and education.
City officials say the feedback plays an important role in shaping future decisions.
The survey results serve as a customer satisfaction report card and help guide priorities for city services, budget allocation, and long-term planning.
The survey will remain open through April 1 at 11:59 p.m. Once the data is analyzed, results will be presented to the Irving City Council and made available to the public online.
The City of Irving has partnered with Irving-based Elite Research, LLC to conduct the survey and ensure accurate and meaningful results.
Residents with questions about the survey can contact Senior Strategic Services Manager Lauren Hale.
