Arlo is the Air North Texas mascot who helps share information related to air quality.
Ozone season runs from March through November. During this time people are asked to do their part to improve air quality like carpooling, maintaining their vehicle and conserving water.
Anyone wanting a quick update on the Air Quality Index can just pay special attention to his shell. Green means the air quality is good, Yellow moderate and Red means folks should limit their outdoor activity.
