Today the City of Irving renamed a road at the Briery Municipal Compound to honor Lopez’s legacy as a city employee.
Former Irving Assistant City Manager Ramiro Lopez, who passed away in 2020, was a selfless leader, who dedicated his career to civil service.
Lopez’s family helped in the dedication.
