The Irving Police Department has requested that the Texas Department of Public Safety activate a CLEAR Alert for Victor Robert Vasquez, 58-years of age, who has extensive medical issues. Victor was last seen in the 700 block of Sunny Lane on July 4th, 2022 around 10:30 a.m.., and it is unknown where he might be at this time. Mr. Vasquez was wearing a multi-colored (blue, red, orange & white) polo shirt with black, loose fitting athletic pants. Victor does have a mustache, black and gray hair, is between 5’7”-5’09” and weighs approximately 190-200 pounds.
