Quadruple Homicide Being Investigated by Fort Worth Police

At 6:57pm Friday evening (Oct. 7), Fort Worth police officers were dispatched to a person shot in a vehicle near the 1200 block of Jessamine Street in south Fort Worth.

Officers arrived to find four individuals inside of a vehicle suffering from gunshot wounds. The vehicle was parked on the street in front of a residence.  Three owere pronounced deceased on the scene and the fourth was pronounced at the hospital.

MedStar paramedics responded to the scene along with Fort Worth firefighters. One victim was transported to a local hospital with serious injuries. Police have not yet confirmed the number of victims inside the vehicle, but reports indicate there were multiple.

Preliminary information from the scene indicates the suspect(s) fled the scene.

Detectives are investigating this as a possible robbery homicide.

UPDATE: 3 of the 4 victims where identified as 17-year-old Amari'yon Cravin, 19-year-old Ricky Craddock and 17 year-old Jaizson Nash.   Fort Worth Police also said that Amari'yon Cravin has previously been indicted on nine counts of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon in a May, 2022, shooting.  Cravin had opened fire outside Varsity Tavern at 1005 Norwood St on May 8 at 1:30 am.   Two people were shot and survived.
