Irving’s USOSM Taps Todd Koleszar as Senior VP of Financial Planning and Analysis

U.S. Oral Surgery Management (USOSM) – a specialty management services company that exclusively serves premier oral and maxillofacial surgeons – has named financial and business planning specialist Todd M. Koleszar, CTP, FPAC, as senior vice president of financial planning and analysis. In his new role, Koleszar will have financial and operational oversight for Irving-based USOSM and its 180+ surgeon partners, which span 24 states.

“Last year was a year of exceptional growth for us, and we intend to continue that momentum,” said USOSM President and CEO Richard Hall. “Todd is a seasoned financial executive and skilled analyst, with the experience, ability and personality necessary to help us continue our growth trajectory. He has a long-standing track record of driving impactful growth, and we’re excited to have him join our team.”

Koleszar has more than 17 years of experience increasing efficiency and productivity, developing and integrating innovative technology, and driving impactful organizational growth, for public Fortune 50 and privately held companies. His expertise spans a variety of industries, including healthcare, metals and mining, the communications industry and professional services.

In his most recent role as assistant treasurer for the Commercial Metals Company, Koleszar oversaw all banking, credit and lending relationships. In addition, he maintained all aspects of cash management, capital markets and risk management, covering all lines of business in the United States and Poland, consisting of more than $8 billion in revenues and a $1 billion debt and derivatives portfolio.

Prior to that, Koleszar was the vice president of finance and treasurer for Elara Caring, where among other accomplishments, he initiated and led the annual target setting and budgeting process for 225 branches of the healthcare services provider. In addition, he oversaw all banking and lending relationships, maintaining all aspects of treasury and cash management. This encompassed four main lines of business within 16 states, consisting of more than $1 billion in revenues.

Koleszar holds an MBA in finance from the University of Illinois and a bachelor’s degree in kinesiology from Indiana University. He is a certified treasury professional and certified corporate financial planning and analysis professional.
