The Tarrant County Criminal District Attorney's Office says that a plea agreement has been reached with a man on trial for sexual child abuse.
31-year-old Diamond Yalley pled guilty to Aggravated Sexual Assault of a Child and received a prison sentence by the court of 40 years without the possibility of parole.
The case was investigated by the Fort Worth Police Department.
On March 29, 2023, Yalley sexually assaulted a 4-year-old female relative. The prosecution was led by Assistant District Attorneys Tad Schmidt and Matt Rivers.
