Theresa M. Raney, of Quitman, Texas, passed away on July 20, 2023 at the age of 72. She was a native of Jackson, Michigan, born on July 26, 1950 to her loving parents, the late Edward J. Lusty and Catherine Brogan Lusty. Theresa is the beloved wife of 43 years to Michael Raney and cherished sister of Ann Lusty Stuprich, Mollie Lusty, Pat Lusty, and Dan Lusty. She also leaves behind a host of extended family members and friends whom she loved greatly. She was preceded in death by her parents and her brother, Michael J. Lusty.
Theresa graduated from MacArthur High School in Irving, Texas with the Class of 1969. She retired from the United States Postal Service after many years of dedicated service. Theresa was an avid gardener and had a talent for making wreaths, a hobby that she thoroughly enjoyed. Theresa will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved her.
