Dallas Police are investigating a shooting that occurred on April 15, 2025, at approximately 4:30 p.m. in the 500 block of Bizerte Drive in Oak Cliff, which left two people dead in an apparent murder-suicide.
The preliminary investigation revealed that 46-year-old Toby Keith Raley shot 42-year-old Hayley Deanne Raley before dying from what appeared to be a self-inflicted gunshot wound. Dallas Fire-Rescue responded to the scene, and both individuals were pronounced dead at the location.
Police stated that the suspect and victim were known to one another. The investigation is ongoing and is documented under case number 052770-2025.
