Dallas Police Investigating Deadly Shooting in Vickery Meadow Area

DALLAS — On September 10, 2025, at approximately 9:15 a.m., Dallas Police responded to a shooting call in the 7100 block of Holly Hill Drive in the Vickery Meadow area.

The preliminary investigation determined that Shannon Rodriguez, 60, had been shot by an unknown suspect. Dallas Fire-Rescue transported Rodriguez to a local hospital, where he later died.

This ongoing investigation is documented under case number 130407-2025.
