Dallas Teen Fatally Shot in South Dallas; Suspect Arrested
On November 10, 2025, Dallas Police responded to a call in the 2400 block of Harding Street in South Dallas, where 19-year-old Brandon Fuller was found unresponsive on the ground. Dallas Fire-Rescue personnel arrived and pronounced Fuller deceased at the scene.
Investigators determined that Fuller had been shot by a suspect, later identified as 19-year-old Deyonte Rice. Rice was taken into custody and charged with Capital Murder. He was transported to the Dallas County Jail, and the investigation remains ongoing.
