IRVING, TX - The Irving Police Department is asking for the community’s help in locating 34-year-old Joseph Fowler, who has been missing since September 2025. Investigators say most leads in the case have been exhausted, but recent information has prompted police to renew efforts and seek assistance from the public.
Fowler’s last confirmed location was in March 2025 in the area of Addington Drive in north Irving. Since then, there have been reported sightings near North Belt Line Road and West Rochelle Road, North Belt Line Road and West Walnut Hill Lane, and near the Walmart at 4100 West Airport Freeway.
Fowler is described as a white male, approximately 6 feet tall, weighing between 160 and 225 pounds, with blonde or balding hair and blue eyes. He is believed to still have a distinctive long goatee and has tattoos on his left forearm and hand. His clothing at the time he went missing is unknown, but family members say he typically wears a hat. He is believed to have left on foot and does not have a vehicle.
Family members say Fowler’s disappearance is completely out of character and that he would normally stay in contact. They believe he would have reached out by now if he were able to do so.
Anyone who has seen Joseph Fowler or has information that could help investigators is urged to contact the Irving Police Department at 972-273-1010 and reference case number 25-23458. Even small details could be important.
