DALLAS, TX – The Dallas Police Department continues its investigation into a deadly shooting at a strip club that occurred in the early hours of January 1 on Empire Central at the Pink House Club near the northbound North Stemmons Freeway.
Police say multiple individuals were shot during an altercation at the location. Dallas Fire-Rescue transported five victims to a local hospital. One victim, 25-year-old Zecqurie Fields, was critically injured and died on January 5. Fields was known professionally as rapper "Zeethewizard".
Detectives from multiple specialized units are reviewing evidence, analyzing video and digital information, and pursuing all available leads. No arrests have been made at this time.
