SEATTLE, Wash. - A Texas fugitive wanted on a charge of continuous sexual abuse of a child younger than 14 has been arrested in Washington state following a coordinated effort by multiple U.S. Marshals Service task forces.
The U.S. Marshals Pacific Northwest Violent Offender Task Force arrested 21-year-old Dombraye Pamosoo on Monday in the 2600 block of South 161st Street in SeaTac, Washington.
According to the U.S. Marshals Service, Pamosoo was wanted by the Collin County Sheriff's Office in Texas. An arrest warrant charging him with Continuous Sexual Abuse of a Child Younger Than 14 was issued on May 27, 2026.
Multi-State Investigation Led to Arrest
After local authorities requested assistance, the U.S. Marshals Joint East Texas Fugitive Task Force began searching for Pamosoo.
Investigators eventually determined he was in the greater Seattle area and forwarded that information to the U.S. Marshals Pacific Northwest Violent Offender Task Force.
The two task forces worked together to locate Pamosoo more than 2,000 miles from Texas before taking him into custody without incident.
He was booked into the King County Jail, where he is awaiting extradition to Texas to face the charge.
U.S. Marshal Praises Joint Effort
"This arrest demonstrates the strength of our partnerships across the country," Acting U.S. Marshal Donrien Stephens said in a statement. "When someone is accused of exploiting a child, distance will not prevent us from finding them and ensuring they face the charges against them."
