Arlington Police Seek Man Accused of Trying to Film Under Teenage Girl's Skirt at Store

ARLINGTON, Texas - Arlington police are asking for the public's help identifying a man investigators believe tried to secretly record underneath a teenage girl's skirt while she was shopping at a local store.
